> Nikos Benakis is a Product Engineer, Growth Advisor, and Fractional CTO based in Athens, Greece. He co-founded Astrocode, a software agency that helps companies and startups move faster with AI, and angel invests in early-stage AI startups like Dikaio.ai.

- ~10 years across banking, consulting, and startups: EY, Fiserv, Workable (core ATS product), and Uizard (6th engineer, later Growth Tech Lead; shipped the AI feature Autodesigner) until its acquisition by Miro.
